The Adams County Education Consortium (ACEC) invites you to join this regional effort to create a skilled workforce pipeline.  Through relevant instruction and links to business for students, educators and administrators, we will enhance the instruction and success of all learner groups in the county.  These learners are your future employees.

We seek to improve the average annual salary of the population and need to better prepare our population for lifelong learning.

Becoming involved increases the overall high school and college graduation rates.  The collaboration creates futures clearly defined, attainable and readily available.

The Challenge

Toward a Competitive Colorado analysis revealed, “The greatest challenge we found in examining competitiveness rankings is the future of Colorado’s workforce….A knowledge-based economy cannot flourish without a public and private education system that consistently produces high-quality graduates with skills that offer the greatest potential for employment in Colorado.”

The Program

Through programs and initiatives designed for career and personal interest exploration, academic skills instruction, relevant curriculum, internships, apprenticeships, mentoring, community service, experiential learning, certificate programs and bridge programs designed to support higher educational success, we will create a tangible future for our community.

Over 70,000 students from Adams County school districts and your business stand to benefit.
