Project TOP-SET*ALP
Transition of Paraprofessional to Special Education teachers through Alternative Licensure Program
Both of these programs are collaborative endeavors between the PAR2A Center, the Colorado Department of Education and The teacher Institute at L Academia and is funded by the Transition to Teaching Program, US Department of Education.

Northern Colorado University through the Center for Urban Education offers alternative license programs for Special Education, Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Classes are offered in a block schedule and financial support is available to help potential students enroll.
