FirstBank of Adams County offers at least two $1000 scholarships to deserving high school seniors

If you or your parents have a FirstBank account anywhere in the metro area, if you have a GPA of 3.0 or above and you have been accepted into a Colorado university, college, community college or vocational/trade school as a full time student, you are eligible to apply for one of these scholarships.

Applications are due March 14th, 2008.

Westwood College offers Scholarships to Adams County Students

Westwood College will award 3 scholarships to qualifying 2008 graduates of Adams County High Schools in the amounts of $6,000 (Presidential Academic Scholarship), $3,000 and $1500 per academic year. (see rules on the flyer below)

Scholarship applications are available from a Westwood College Enrollment Counselor at 303.934.2790. 

Deadline for entries is May 9th!

Enter the 2008 Colorado State Scholastic Chess Championship.

The winner of the High School Division (grades 10 - 12) will receive a tuition-free Westwood College education. (see rules on the flyer below)

The event will be held February 16 - 17

The North Denver Campus of Westwood College is offering the "prize" of a tuition-free class to the chess club coach or coordinator of the winning school in the 2008 Colorado State Scholastic Chess Chamionship.  (see rules on the flyer below).
