Participating businesses open their doors to groups of educators and present:

- projected hiring needs
- employment skills needed
- tour of the facility
Educators are able to see first-hand how their daily instruction and career development work with students of all ages contributes to a successful and well prepared future.
To accommodate the maximum number of eductors in 2008, we will be holding three tracks - each involves two days of business tours and a third day to generate an integrated lesson or guidance plan that takes advantage of the business knowledge and information gathered during the tours.
